That there are bidders on .0001, looking for almost 1.4B shares (a tad over 30% of the O/S) is an interesting, if not outright 'pesky,' fact.

If NECA is insolvent with truly no future, why is anyone bidding even at .0001? Why isn't this at no bid, like so many other insolvent stinky pinks? The dribble of .0002s doesn't look like dilution, either.
