Why EZ2Companies? This entity has shut down every last website it has. The CEO had a letter of regination on the main website for weeks www.ez2companies.com , until that website also no longer exists. What benefit does merging with this company hold?

I tried searching the company as well and couldn't find anything.That's pretty amazing with all the info that's available online.

Yes, it sounds and looks like a scam. If you've dealt with penny stocks before, you know that most of them do. It's not about deciding whether it's a scam or not. It is about betting the company knows how to play the herd. Probably what happened is that the CEO of this company bought out the thing for cheap, contacted some foreign entities looking to make a quick buck, and lined up a good PR story. Right now, the guy has executed on a few of his projected objectives and he has a few more inthe pipeline. If you haven't invested in penny plays like this before, what you have to do is find the bottom, buy in, and flip it out on resistance at each major gain (usually following a PR).
