BLOZF couldn't even maintain rising stock price interest by retail investors, for 2 hours. Trend chart is still basically downward slope.
Guess who benefits as PR effect is milked? Hardly retail?
We would probably not sell, as we are awaiting Law Passage effect.
Your right . . . struggling to stay support above $1 level.

And, as to $10 Mil cash, present burn-rate/month has to be in range of
$500K or more; including salaries, rent, R&D and testing and prep
for contacting 'buyers'. PR appears just fluff . . . no info that company can be judged on presented. Can't even get on current Live News Outlet Interview or interview article in Major Business Publication . . . the testing should have been big news in Vanc. B.C. . . . and nothing.

Oh I know . . . they are all over this when the Federal Law is passed . . . you can trust us . . . we are space scientists!
