DewmBoom - my ability to search a forum is limited. Can you please provide the link to your previous post proving the O/S is maxed out? To me, it looks like Atown62 is correct.

O/S: 4,429,284,061

dif: 470,715,939

The diff is worth a whopping $47K and change ... which makes me wonder whether further dilution is worthwhile for NECA, without raising the A/S.
