Most of us who are sitting behind our computers don't know. When I first saw the tweet, I asked questions too: How do we know it's legit? Who is the man? What's with the cigarette in the fingers? Who's the woman in the reflection who took the photo? What does the photo mean and why?

The suspicious minds in all of us want to question why he tweeted this photo in this manner. If anyone doesn't see it yet, later in hindsight you'll understand the clues he is laying out in front of us... intentional or not. I speculating that the tweet is legit and means progress toward finalizing. Why would he tweet this if the acquisition is in trouble or failed? He will destroy his long holding shareholder's confidence if this deal falls through. More than likely we'll see more photos of important milestones and events as the acquisition finalizes.
