EAIN is an empty shell. The last financials confirmed this and the next ones should as well. Impossible to believe they somehow completed the reverse merger without issuing a press release. Also, the stock is so thin that had the merger occurred, we would have seen some buying, which we have not.

I guess I am still hopeful that they will one day do something with this shell, since they expended the $ and effort to change the name, officers, do a reverse split and become current with their financials.

But these guys don't seem to care about their shareholders and they seem in no hurry to complete the reverse merger.
