Sorry, but I have some really bad news - there hasn't been any funding - as one of the requirements is that OWCP has to file a S-1 and it be declared effective - but most OWCP shareholders are clueless about securities law.

Here is a hint - filing a S-1 doesn't make it effective - it first has to pass comments from the SEC.

That should be entertaining since OWCP is the target of a ongoing investigation by the SEC.

So there isn't $5 million or $6 million as a asset to OWCP.

You do understand from reading the 8-K that the Discover Growth Fund is just another Toxic Lender that will cause massive dilution.
