you're right, as he has dumped 5 billion more shares since that filing, so on notes he's only 10 billion short, and 9 billion in options, for a total of 19 billion ...not 24

Try adding them up again



after 5 billion does it matter?

13+ billion outstanding

19 billion owed in notes & options

beware of the pump it will leave you in the dump
