Interesting action regardless of whether an actual refinery is going to get built or not. Which doe not look likely with all these extremely Toxic loans. Seriously, why would a "professional" oil man who has supposedly been through this before and so succesfull need so many extremely toxic loans.

Having said that, it seems that shares are being dumped BUT when it takes a break the PPS pops right back up.
