The best way to extrapolate immense value now if the POC trials are positive, is to license it out to as many as they can as fast as they can and see who can complete the rest of the R&D fastest!

As long as IPCI secures upfront monies to secure R&D licensees they're gonna begin realizing immediate inherent value from their PODRAS delivery tech platform instead of sitting on it for years hoping to complete the R&D themselves with monies they don't have.

And since the PODRAS tech is applicable to the over-whelming majority of OTC painkillers/narcotics/opioids on the planet, why not unleash it to everyone interested in the tech at this still early stage...especially since many will gladly give upfront monies if the proof of concept human trials are in fact proven a success.

Imagine what a deal with the manufacturers of over the counter Tylenol would bring at this stage...let alone the level of increased exposure such a deal would bring!
