You are right, been watching L-2 and buying IFUS shares for years, and recent weeks show the $IFUS L-2 to be very thin on the ask. Longs do not seem to want to give up many shares.

100-300% rallies have already been seen last 8 weeks, and ultra low volume pull backs but buying at the ask has been 90% of the volume now for 8+ weeks with no news yet!!!
