The thing is that this 0.50 stuff doesn't even show up on the PR about the tender offer for PLFX (unless I missed it), it does show up on the PR about buying out AI corp for 200 million. I guess they took that price because a few days ago it was trading there so they kinda took the current market price I assume. I realize it's an issue with a thin traded stock. There is still a lot of cushion to the downside although I can see the point.
