$TXHD lost $7.4M by 3Q2018. So what if they paid a note holder back? Payment can be made from revenues, not profits. So effectively $TXHD borrows more money from XYZ fund to pay someone else because the whole operation is losing money and is unsustainable .... but $TXHD doesn't file reports so the market cannot see how the payment was made (non-transparent / opaque) or where the source of funds was from.

$TXHD is delinquent in its filings, and says its unable to file reports in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense.

Summary: $TXHD doesn't appear to have the money to file its reports, the stock price is trading $0.0001 / 2, the company cannot effect the needed and stated reverse split, and it lost probably over $8M in full year 2017.

Makes bankruptcy a real possibility.
