$ ONCI. Everyone needs to look close at the dates on the filing and it will show that this is just a filing that has to be done for Steve to lower the O/S by the 1.4 Billion Shares and there is sure nothing to worry about here. This only shows that Steve intends to lower the O/S by 1.4 Billion like he said he would all alone. Everything is falling in place for a Huge move North and Steve is getting the filings out of the way where he can keep his word on lowering the O/S is what is going on Now.
