Nobody says it's a cash deal. And yet if you get shares of BTOP worth 1.38 for PLFX shares there is still a good trade in there. BTOP stock could lose 2 thirds of it's value after you get their shares distributed and you would still make money if you buy PLFX below 30 cents.
