Interesting summary and I would agree for the most part. The site visit once again validated they are in business and revenue must be coming in or no employees. This quiet period is not uncommon for a stock like SGMD, it happens all the time. I was involved at ground floor with a health related company when listed at .18. Everyone in the industry new we were in business but financials lagged behind. Brought in new auditors that had to go back two years and account for every penny in and out the door. We had excellent CPA at onset, but being a publically traded company requires a different skill set. SGMD is finding this out now. So while SGMD is moving at snails pace on financial(s), product is still being distributed. Again, this would not be occurring if contracted party's thought SGMD was a dead end. Fast forward on past efforts, financials came out and PPS bumped to .46. Equity partners got involved and provided infusion of capital. These folks don't get involved unless they see a minimum 20% net profit margin period. Sound familiar? With cash in hand we bought similar cash strapped organizations, eliminated redundancy and PPS hit 1.23. As audited financials became routine, within 15 months we ran over $2 and caught the eyes of the big players. Long story short, we got bought out for $88 million and PPS soared to +8. Three years later bought out again via United Healthcare for $1 billion and stock sat in $46 range. Now this won't happen to SGMD, but as emerging company in a industry that is has only upside potential, the PPS for SGMD will elevate quickly when their house is in order. The big players will take notice,mand ifcSGMD has proven profitable product that can be absorbed into new entity to compliment their product line, SGMD will be acquired. Of course this is IMO but SGMD is an easy target. Those who remain patient will be rewarded. Because of visit to their offices by poster here, SGMD is real life business. For the naysayers, you have little to no creditability now. Bang away at no financials, let MM's play their games and accumulate cheap shares by weak hands, then the storm hits. It's just a matter of time, say 60 days, and this board will light up like a Xmas tree.
