they are voting on change for B shares because conversion rate is 1 for 500K.
so they are wanting to have a higher conversion rate.
i think they want more B stock investors
they have to make the stock look appetizing
there are 4,564,642,631 common stock
a 1 for 20 gives us 228,232,132
a 1 for 10 gives us 456,464,263 which would be best

a 1 for 20 does not give enough liquidity

we will have to see what they do with the series B shares on conversion rate and if and how long they will be restricted.
