Olivine is VERY common. Even the BC Government agrees:

"The six minerals olivine, quartz, feldspar, mica, pyroxene and amphibole are the commonest rock-forming minerals and are used as important tools in classifying rocks, particularly igneous rocks."

There is absolutely no scarcity of olivine deposits, including BC. And even if there wasn't, it's use for carbon credits is false. It is only a theory and has not been scientifically proven, much less already in the carbon credit system.
