This is how I see it,funds from dumping shares in ABVG goes into Janon's pocket which goes to finance VTCo.Profits from VTCo stay with VTCo, ie Janon/Martin.Based on all the filings to date that's the only conclusion that can be arrived at.ABVG paid over 500k for it's holding in VTCo with zero return.
