Retail investors almost tapped out. We need institutional investors. It doesnt matter how close of passing a bill is until the ink is dry hedgefunds will not invest. They will not take this much risk period. When hedgefunds invest they dont pick one stuck they do index where the money spreads and increases the PPS of everyone. Just need to wait for bill to pass and the people with actual money to start moving in.
