Let's take it further.....INSIDER'S OWN 40% OF THE FLOAT! What that means in layman's terms is that with a share structure such as this one it only take a small amount of cash to move the PPS. Now take the small float, subtract 40% of those shares and then you need 40% less money to move the PPS upward in a parabolic fashion.

Let's take it further........the catalyst here is recent merger news that wasn't PR'd at all.......and volume EXPLODED!! I think 3.9M in volume on that day.......and on the last trading day the trading activity was just about 98% BUYS
