I agree I'm assuming Oracle has been in negotiations with BIOA behind the scenes, probably why BIOA listed they expect to get double return for stockholders. In their own filings they stated $1.56 asset I believe for last sept, if Oracle is offering double then yes I would target $3.00 minimum. Going to be a crazy start of the run next week.
