THIS WEEK AS SOON AS FINRA COMPLETES OUR NAME CHANGE EXPECT TO SEE THE WHITE PAPER FOR PRUTUS , UNDER THE BLOCK CAPITAL NAME ,, OTHER WISE IT WOULD BE SENSELESS TO PUT OUT WHITE PAPER ..... DUH....
