I found this on the DLTZ page of Yahoo Finance. A user posted that he emailed AG about the dividend and got a reply. Here is the email and reply as posted on Yahoo:

Hello American Green,
Please forgive my email but I am a little confused.

On March 15, 2018 you sent out a press release stating that there was a “win-win situation for American Green and our shareholders.”

You stated that there would be a “dividend to qualifying American Green shareholders, a portion of the Series A Stock. Qualified shareholders would then be entitled to receive the 5% annual dividend attached to any Series A Stock shares that they acquire through the anticipated American Green dividend,"

I have not noticed any dividend since your Press release on March 15, 2018. Am I missing something?

We have filings to bring the two companies together, new name and symbol ,catchup on DLTA 's past, SEC gets to way in on the ratio and then all stockholders will have four weeks to determine if they would like to buy more ERBB to get the old DTLA with a new name and symbol.
