I'd look if it's a small 2 people only office or a warehouse with their own equipment/inventory. How many workers are they, look at the activity.

Maybe ask like what is their future plans, are they pretty active/busy. Where do they expect RBNW price to be in the near future. Are they getting good solid big contracts. " lots of cannabis growers in Vegas" and " also there are lots of solar panel roofed houses in Vegas"

It's a lot to ask but you're a neighbor who is supporting their stock, lol.
