It's only 2 weeks until the Q2 report from the end of July

Yes, I meant two more months from todays date, i.e till the Q2-report, not two more months compared to the "end of next month". It might (or might not) be a big difference between whether you can hold on to them till the end of next month, and till the Q2-report.

The way Solomon has played this it seems to me that we can't expect anything major until the report itself, so it doesn't matter that it's only two weeks left of Q2.

From the Q1 page 38;

The Company intends to issue the details of the course of action it seeks to implement in its Q2 2018 report, once the final details of the arrangement have been cleared and readied for implementation

Cfr the cash dividend policy; they could (should) have issued a PR for it before the Q1-report (both to get the effect as soon as possible, but maybe even more important to show the market that you never know when good news will hit and that the PPS can easily jump 50% permanently in one single day), but they chose to "delay" it till the report itself. That's what they are signaling here as well, so it seems to me that there will not be any news about the TRW-dividend until the Q2-report.

Personally I would be happy if they issued a PR before the Q2-report stating that they will distribute x TRW-shares/SIAF-share (ideally only the tax-free (for SIAF) part) in Q3, but I don't think it will happen (not that I am placing my bets on it) hence we're stuck with the Q2-report (which might not give us any good news regarding the TRW-dividend)
