He has - with two exceptions - always been "gone" from the forum... A better question would be why he suddenly started posting here those two times, not why he isn't posting now. The last time he posted he wanted to let us know that he thought the lawsuit was a bad idea.

He did say something that I remember in the lines of his patience coming to an end (my choice of words, not his!). Not sure if it means anything, and it might have been helped by the cash dividend (and/or be the reason for the policy), but maybe he is working hard on/with Solomon to end this nonsense (i.e diluting at 55 cents, endless delays with the TRW-dividend etc)
