It is getting close to the 3 months originally discussed about completing framework but this timeframe looks to me more clearly that it will not be honored . If China wasn't so damn aggressive. Greedy and living every single time , then maybe the philipino people would not have turned on the deal

I'm not giving up on this deal but the success probability has weakened an been postponed once again on this difficult stock. I can't even find them talking about where they are with these talks recently. Last I heard ceytano was saying it was still alive but he was losing support from senators . What is needed now is an action by china that shows they are not the invader they've shown to be. A framework or treaty in respects to ph sovereignty or this deal is in jeopardy once again. It's in their best interest to sign something quickly to prove they are not invading but protecting instead. Turning the tide of anti duterte voters is a bit more difficult. A lot of talk about duterte being a traitor and about anti china protests lately. Adds another 3 months to calm the fears.
