The "ball" in this case is current management. Shareholders are screwed if management is going to lie, deceive, and hide all relevant info from shareholders. In the case of Dan, Otoo and Poopsie, shareholders are apparently facing a triple threat of lawlessness.

I can't make this stuff up.
