Of further interest is the fact that it was disclosed during the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty Conferences in Paris back in 2000, that any Spanish ship that had artillery provided by the Crown came under the category as a warship. If the 1715 "Concepcion" had artillery provided by the crown (not highly likely), it poses a problem to the discoverer/salvor.
