ONCI..
The similarities to $PCL do have me concerned. If in fact previous management's books turn out to be unattainable, what options are there?
Best I can tell ONCI hasn't filed a thing with the SEC since late 2015! If I'm wrong please do tell.. I'd Hate to wake up one day to another suspended ticker!
