In the 10Q it appears that there are licensing fees and milestone amounts not disclosed
that they maybe beHind on paying.

In addition there is a $35 000 management feesince per month 2016 with a balance of
$297,000 not paid and accruing. That would come out of any capital raise of $1,000,00 or more.

Under these circumstances I am not sure
how successful they will be to raise funds and issue more shares earmarked for this companies operations.
