I finished my 093002 10q and I will file it when Edgar opens 0600 tomorrow. WHEW! I will work on the 10K for 2002 now. I think I can finish today. My neck hurts so badly right now. Phones are slow this morning....My goal today is to finish my 10K for 2002 - file all the 2 only missing financial documents for 2002, and then 2002 is DONE, and I can start working on 2003. We are moving....as the SERGEANT used to say, "Son, Pick up and MOVE!!!"

This is seeming like just a technicality. WOW, the sun is really shinning bright this morning. I'm looking up to GOD for guidance right now, and I will pray to you Father, for strength, and for the courage to do what you did back in Korea, and that is fight for what you believe in.
