A joint venture is an entity. In other words, cepsa and erhc would form a joint venture entity like Dow and Corning together have a joint venture company called Dow Corning.

There's no ERHC-CEPSA company serving as a joint venture. Erhc's financials didn't show consolidation or equity method of any joint venture entity.
