Correct. The Federal court will make a decision according to California law.

There is absolutely no way IBRC and plaintiff's are getting anything beyond costs to Plant prior to destruction....that is the law.

And that is assuming the unlikelyhood that CBIS could "prove" their crop could even be sold at all, specially with the new pesticide testing rules.

This is a share selling scam.
