It lists Lynne as still having 675 shares of Series C1 stock. And note (6) beneath it states:

"Shares of common stock consist of 3,612 shares of common stock directly held, 973 shares issuable upon exercise of warrants, and 92,516,447 shares issuable upon conversion of 675.00 shares of Series C1 preferred stock."

Furthermore, go down to the bottom of page 44/top of page 45, where it lists all of her transactions. It does list other conversions she'd done in the past, but at no point is there any mention of her converting any portion of the 675 shares of Series C1 into common shares.
