MM's (market makers) are not some guy sitting behind a desk. They are highly sophisticated computer programs designed to do what the name suggests, "make a market". If there is a lot of sell orders the posted price responds to that. If there is a lot of buy orders the posted price responds to that. Anyone claiming they are manipulating the price on something so thinly traded as this needs to learn how the market works. At this price they are only required to show 10,000 shares on their bid or ask, even if they really have 10 million or whatever.
