I remember it well :)

I remember when there was a 35 year 128(?)MW concession signed, 3GW pipeline, a very reputable PR firm (KSA)? going to handle the news frenzy, 3 billion in financing, a power point with Economic Analysis, a bad ass Dubai based web developer, a reputable Albanian hydro engineering firm consulting on the project, an even more reputable Swiss hydro engineering firm consulting on the project, a slew of Indian and Chinese EPC firms to tackle construction, and countless iterations of websites all half assed together...

And that is all from memory doesn't count some of the personal DD I procurred (pictures, emails) from some of the engineers who initially did the site visit.

My hopes we're so high then.


I know my 900,000 shares would look good at the .20 cent mark but based on the volume and bid support... That bag of shares could crush this sucker back to .02.


I honestly hope it works out this time. I think the political unrest in Albania had a lot to do with nothing ever working out years ago. However I see the same cobbled together websites, the same non transparency, the same filings with concession agreements signed for 35 years.

I REALLY hope it's different this time. There has been some amazing DD done here by people who have really been it for the Long haul. I made many friends here and will always have a special place in my heart for 3P :)
