Once again.....even if so, the max damages would be to reimburse the costs up to destruction of the crop......the "value" of the crop, claimed or real is of no consequence.

The County has determined it was not a permitted grow as they have the authority to do.

It is likely that Plaintiffs eventually walk because continued litigation would likely cost more than the costs to plant.

Dabney is just after PR crap to sell shares.. This case is a lose, no-win scenario.
