People should understand that in California, pot has been legalized....and the state has determined that the counties have full authority to determine the rules within the county.

The county said no. Max damages would be to reimburse the costs in planting. And that will likely not even happen.

I love Carrots. But that is just my opinion. Like all of my posts are just my opinion. As in "MY OPINION ONLY".
