Here’s some Saturday morning research for you all. Long read but sums up why I’m in here. Very good journal article using the scientific method to analyze many aspects of DIP financing including the affect shareholders. Looks at size of firm, size of DIP loan, size of company providing DIP loan. I like many aspects of bioaqs attempt for reorganizing based on there assets and debts and this is why I think details of the DIP loan will be important to analyze where this is going.
