IMO..There Are At Least Two Reasons Why Pluristem Would Be Using The ATM.

The First Is They Need Funds For Buying More Bioreactors/Equipment For Expansion.

The Second Is They Need Clnical Trial Funds For Their Block-Buster Drug PLX-Immune.
