Ted-Opinion:from-PPS".03-we-held---watched-manipualation-M.M.'s-likely-part-and career players that come and go on board. Promoter is from back in the day as well. Then there are these busn- people , also - the backers and even --the script writer was in for 5 million shares.
The issue last week raising bids suddenly to match and up a new one is almost as normal at this point as is placing the regular tiny buys.
The point is at this phase who can say if" we are coming or going" That being said it seems to be the wait period means staying in a certain status for this company to make new decisions - leaving us- where we are PPS- vulnerable - but..the stock has had events in the past 12 months with dilution email in early Sept..Then no - explanation after seeing buys termed here as tiny ask slaps or- ask-pops- to point the chart line on any decline facing-it up thru- out a trading day..with these buys followed by some larger buys and then the sell off periods.
The shares were once selling around .02- .03 last year in winter.. then all of the paid for at tremendous needed business expenses came the text promotions and online gossip that was paid out to stock promoters shown as FPS on the site that research shows about this-and were continually seen online at site- stocks currently under promotion -listing the promoter FPS a lot- and many more times to lift the PPS- to .04-.05.- this was done by heavy texting and showing it everywhere with the same alias's- seen on the board at that time.
Then managemnt adv The stock being The right company with The right price to buy at .05..
The announcements since the filming July 4th- have also had interesting peaks.
When the stock was heading too far down we had an album DVD coming then backed out with not any word- just no comment except it caused the PPS to rise until there was no album released.
Then we had a c.e.o. radio interview adv on the board to listen to-with main info that the editing woukd be done at end of Q1 in the interview and get ready we are good to go for mid May opening and posted on site calendar counting down the days.. So we waited with no comment till 2 days before..also noticing the stock starts selling in significant large share amounts ( looking like it was being held a good while previously -suddenly sold off) just weeks before the show should open with questions on the board raised about it.
Question may be do we have a guarantee on the last minute decision before the next proposed opening as it can be changed last minute- cause that taken as show biz.. As well..that alright stay tuned.. back to the history.. Now
Then the show is said to skip the school break with more editing to be done to open now open -around the school starting again in Fall. When the April loan that registers 11 million shares it was in the report posted to show it had more options to do same. As well it should with just 200K cash assets shown in the May report to share-holders. That wbeing good to know the company would have cash to go with..so diluting was good for the business. In the long term it was set up for the earnings to show after 2 thirds first went to bsckers getting the first third and the second to others and the last third would becearnings for investors. That means this has many factors in what happens up or down .. I am a holder from the low PPS I see the players from the top on down busy its interesting.. The current PPS over the summer seems evaporating from my view and vulnerable as it always has been.. There are many opinions and players most who probably don't like the history reviewed.. To them I apologize but the balance of info should be available .. GLTA..
