The requirement to keep the share bid price over $1.00 for a period of 30 days for a Nasdaq stock listing.

As I stated before AETI had a S-3 in effect for a period of now 3 yrs for $25,000,000 and has expired as of tomorrow.

Now that it has and the funds have loaded it may go up, we'll see. They may drive this like a heard of cows or continue to collect shares until more news.

Maybe more news will now be coming.
