Mr Naydenov owns the biggest stake at almost full equity risk. He paid in capital of $3.52M for 5.3M common shares at 66c. He holds rights for over 5.85M, which includes the shares he already owns. On 2012-02-07, 2014-11-14 and 2018-01-31, Mr Naydenov converted his Series-B and Notes into common shares and warrants.
