Of note - few points from MacQuarie Transcript posted end of this week:

Judge used to be counsel for AMBAC in prior life

Syncora's attorney (PICKHARDT) tactfully acquiesced/sided to Judge on Dates says half of the damages rely on Damages under Fraud - and they too want to see/use Ambac-BankofAmer case-precedent to sledge-hammer MacQuarie.

Judge says TRIAL will last 10-15 days / probably not that long.

Notably of all perhaps - The Judge - says when Ambac is resolved - the MacQuarie case could be accelerated/pushed forward from current slot of Jan 2019 up in the schedule
