Yeah, well, over the next few months, Mannkind needs to come up with 12 million cash for Deerfield and about 3 million for Amphastar plus they have to remain in compliance with the Deerfield covenant plus they got that 2 million a week expense nut that has to be managed.

Mannkind settling this latest debt by issuing new shares before the ADA is clear indication that there ain't gonna be no big event there rallying the stock price and there ain't no near term deal that's gonna bring in cash and there ain't gonna be no Brazilian or Indian sales, etc, etc.

And the S-4s indicate that they're down to milking management for cash -- how hard-up for cash is that?
