I do not believe that APS has any official certification to sell to airlines. If so, would someone state which agency has "certified" APS? IMO, this is a false statement.

Additionally, APS is improperly calling itself "APS, Inc." It's corporate name is Aircraft Protective Sevices, Inc. There is another company in Washington State that has the corporate name of APS, Inc.

Boyer is definitely an enterprising guy, but I don't see him as particularly honest about his company.
