Mini-Refineries for Refining Oil and Gas Condensate
Installations (mini-refineries) for refining hydrocarbon raw material with capacity up to 400.000 tons per year (by raw material) supplied by “Montazhengineering” Company LTD do not concede the foreign ones and are competitive by price and quality.

Oil installations (mini-refineries) equipment is used for refining commodity oil and gas condensate of little sulphur.

Finished product (the oil products refined):

Once-run petrol (developed up to car petrol parameters in the compounding unit supplied additionally);

Diesel oil;

Black oil or boiler oil;

Alterations for extracting additional oil product fractions (solvents, kerosene) in the equipment design can be provided by individual orders.

Installations for refining oil and gas condensate (mini-refineries) with capacity up to 30.000 tons per year are supplied together with induction furnaces, with capacity more than 30.000 tons per year together with gas and black oil furnace. Using induction heating for refining hydrocarbon raw material is the Company know-how and protected by the patent of Kazakhstan Republic .

Design, manufacturing and delivery of installation (mini-refineries) of large capacity is made with participation of design institutes and machine-building enterprises of Russia and Ukraine .

Basic conditions for delivering the installations (mini-refineries) include the following activities:
- designing (constructing) and manufacturing process equipment, completing with devices and equipment needed;
- developing process and maintenance documentation (process rules, maintenance instructions);
- developing SCADA;
- shipping the equipment to the railway station nearest to the destination point (location site);
- the equipment and pipeline stud hook-up on the location site;
- installing instrument, setting up SCADA;
- participating in starting up and adjustment and process tests with outputting the installation (mini-refinery) equipment to the design capacity ;
- training the maintenance personnel (during installing and starting up and adjustment activities);
- guarantee repairing of the process equipment for 12 months.
Design and manufacturing of the process equipment is made in accordance with acting standards and codes, customer requirements and considering the raw material dimensions and conditions of the location site of the installation (mini-refinery). The main equipment is delivered by units (modules). The modules dimensions and weight fit the railway and car transportation requirements.
Additionally after agreeing with the customer the following units are supplied:
- oil preparing unit;
- compounding unit;
- alkalizing and demercaptanization unit.

The installation (mini-refinery) together with infrastructure objects (tank park for storage of raw material and finished oil products, energy supplying objects, fire protection objects, engineering network, administrative and household rooms, etc) occupies the square of up to 2,0 hectare .

Small tonnage installations for refining oil and gas condensate (mini-refineries) are highly profitable production, investment payback time does not exceed 1,5 – 2,5 years. It is provided by low level of specific capital expenses per product unit and low maintenance expenses.

“Montazhengineering” Company constantly improves its products. Nowadays the Company is developing installations for producing bitumen, mastic and base oil, trial samples have been manufactured.
