That's because some retail bonehead dumped a massive market sell order this morning. Since there is not much retail on the bid, MMs took it all the way down filling the sell order on existing bids- and took out some retail stop loss limits in the process.
hence i keep saying, never use stop losses on OTC because you will get slapped. even the best stocks here have odd volatile events.
At least one smart person had a buy order in "just in case" of a price drop event, and that was well done (go Smooth!).
